aesthetic lobby clean lobby friendly operator small rooms dusty rooms present mosquitoes
The lobby is very aesthetic and clean. Check in was smooth. Staff assisted us and made sure we got one big bed instead of two separate beds. The telephone operator was very friendly.
The rooms were insanely small and very dusty. I also noticed a couple of mosquitoes and even fleas in my room.

the hotel is near a bus stop and an mtr station. many eateries are also close by. i appreciated these conveniences. the hotel has in-house eating places. this made it easy to find somewhere to eat. i didn't have to venture far for meals.
the rooms seemed small to me. also the rooms were dusty. i noticed dust in various places . i also noticed a couple of mosquitoes.

the 24-hour front desk was so helpful for my late arrival! i arrived at 3am and the staff asked if i needed an extended stay. the staff are super friendly

the hotel is near the metro, allowing easy travel. the rooms are soundproofed so they are quiet. i liked the food hall because it had a variety of options.
The hotel elevators got overcrowded at times. It made getting to the room difficult.

solid stay in a central location
convenient location public transportation modern equipment well-stocked minibar
i found the location very convenient. it was close to public transportation and several restaurants. my room had a well-stocked minibar with various drinks and snacks. the gym had modern equipment, including treadmills and weights.
the check-in process was a little slow, and i had to wait about 20 minutes.

The hotel has a rooftop pool available to use. the pool area includes twenty loungers and a shaded area, so it's easy to relax. We loved the pool. but the view was amazing! the food hall downstairs offers various cuisines.

vibrant hub with great amenities
quiet room rooftop pool food hall
the hotel's location is super convenient near temple street night market and the metro i used to explore the area. i was impressed by how quiet the rooms were due to good insulation it allowed for peaceful rest. the rooftop pool provided a relaxing experience and the food hall had many choices i loved.
the air conditioning was too cold and i struggled to adjust the temperature to a comfortable level the system did not respond to my setting changes.

The breakfast buffet included both asian and continental options. There was something for everyone. i noticed all the dining spots within the hotel were very popular, and this indicates good food. the variety made it easy to find a meal i wanted.

My room featured a practical design with the wash basin separate from the toilet and shower areas. This added convenience. the room was spacious and very clean, which i appreciated. the fast wifi allowed me to work without interruptions.
